One drunken night and one case of mistaken identity turn a friendship inside out...
You’ve seen the hockey twins around campus--they look identical, but you can tell them apart by their actions. Patrick is the one who’s busy charming women. Paxton is the one in the library.
Until one night when Paxton parties a little harder than usual. Next thing he knows, he’s waking up naked next to Naomi, the girl of his dreams. He bares his heart before an awful realization sets in. He’s not the twin she thought he was. . .
Naomi is the only child of a hockey legend. Partying hard is the best way she knows how to rebel against her controlling father. After a particularly crazy night, she realizes her big mistake. Her hookup isn’t the guy she’s been crushing on. It’s Paxton, her friend, the guy who gets her, who she can always count on. The guy she’d never want to hurt. And yet, the sex was good. Better than good.
Now she’s wondering if the wrong twin might be the right one after all. . .

Gametime by Jami Davenport is the fourth interconnected standalone in the MOO U series (connected to Sarina Bowen's World of True North universe) and I was so freaking excited to get my hands on Paxton Graham's story. Truth be told, I have wanted his story ever since we met the Graham twins in the previous MOO U books and let me just say that this author did an phenomenal job bringing his story to life. This friends-to-lovers romance with a drunken case of mistaken identity will set your heart on fire and leave your heart broken when Paxton discovers that the girl of his dreams actually thought that she was hooking up his brother.
Paxton "Pax" Graham and Naomi Smith have been friends for awhile. While Pax has been secretly crushing on Naomi, she has been crushing on his identical twin brother, Patrick. When they hook up one night at a party, he just assumes that she FINALLY realized that he was the one for her, only to have his dreams shattered the next morning when she admits to thinking that he was his brother. Trying to salvage their friendship, Pax does everything in his power to forget that night and move forward, even if it means helping the girl of his dreams snag his brother. But soon enough, sparks and feelings begin to fly and things are no longer as they seem.
This story will have your head spinning and your heart swooning as you devour this story. Jami Davenport is a new to me author and I absolutely love the opportunity to get to know new authors through the MOO U series. These author have all done an extraordinary job connecting these stories and giving them a similar feel so that it truly feels like they belong to one world. Her story was a great addition to this series and I can't wait to read more of her words as I dive into more of her books.
